I worked with Cindy for two-plus years. As my direct leader, she coached me on how you can get quality outcomes while building strong relationships with your customers. She did this by setting standards, giving our customers the flexibility to do it their way, and incentivizing them for good outcomes. Cindy was quick to earn respect from the facilities we worked with and her peers. Cindy conducted quarterly meetings with our customers as part of her role, where she listened to them and gave feedback, enhancing the relationships further. I learned to be a more compelling case manager through Cindy’s coaching and example.

I have had the pleasure of working with Cindy in her leadership roles since 2017. She is now a friend, and I can count on her to give coaching to me on any new endeavors I am looking to pursue. As my leader, I looked up to her and saw her dedication. She would implement change and help our customers while also driving for lean processes. She is always approachable and is available for her employees. She coached me and helped me grow throughout my career in the organization. I still look up to her as a woman and friend in my personal life. She has great experiences and a good work/life balance.

I always looked forward to my conversations with Cindy. She was an exemplary professional coach. She was always able to strike a unique balance between carefully listening and sharing her wealth of experience and ideas. Her insights and direction were always on target. As a result, I felt very supported and championed in the attainment of my goals. Cindy has been a vital resource to me, and I greatly appreciated her perspective and encouragement.  

I have known Cindy on a professional level for 15 years. Cindy’s compassion, and ability to coach her staff and managers has led them to achieving successful outcomes both personally, and professionally. Cindy has always been on the leading-edge pursuing information on how to improve her skills, and those of her employees. I can’t think of one team member that worked for her, who didn’t have the training and support they needed. She believes in herself and ensures that her employees are prepared for any obstacle that is in their way. Cindy exudes a level of professionalism, and consistently leads and coaches by example.

I had the pleasure of working with Cindy as a leadership coach. In that year I learned and grew as a leader more than I had the 5 total years prior. Cindy showed me what a good leader looked like. She was fair, but firm. She was playful, but professional. Cindy constantly challenged me and the team to dig deeper and work harder. She was engaging, energetic, and passionate about everything we did as a team. She was very much a part of our team, not just the leader of it. Cindy taught me how to take a step back and analyze a situation before I spoke up and potentially create an abrasive situation. To this day, as a leader, I always think “What would Cindy do”.
